Our Quality Management System (QMS) ensures that the structure of our organization maintains procedures and responsibilities that are both consistent and effective throughout each project phase. From project planning to realization, the Dynamix quality system ensures the quality of our services through defect prevention and product verification. Our formal quality control methodology ensures that nonconformities are handled in a proper and efficient manner and products are delivered on time at or exceeding the customer’s expectations. By formally managing each of level of our organization, every process can be controlled and verified against customer’s requirements.

At Dynamix, quality is the responsibility of each employee working in coordination to serve our clients’ requirements. Dynamix believes that continual improvement can be achieved through recurrent management reviews that evaluate the status and effectiveness of our organization’s processes and services, as well as regular participation of all employees in offering suggestions for progress and increased performance.
